Meet the Instructors

Breanne Stambusky

Breanne was born and raised in the small town of Quincy CA.  She found her passion early when she started dancing at age 2.  After learning tap and ballet as a young girl, she moved more into the jazz genre as she got older.  In Junior High, she joined the cheer squad and started to assist in youth gymnastics.  In Senior High, she continued to dance as a cheerleader and was also the assistant coach for the Pop Warner cheer squad.

After moving to Davis in 2000, she started teaching alongside her sister at the Davis Art Center, eventually taking over her classes in 2001.

In 2014, Breanne started a dance team called the Poprocks, focusing on public performances and competitions. The Poprocks grew forming a performance team in 2015 and a second branch of competition team in 2016!

She opened Stambusky Studios in the fall of 2016 and currently continues to do what she loves; teaching children to share her love of dance and performing.

When she’s not dancing, Breanne works for the Davis Joint Unified School District as a para educator for the special education pre-school.

“I teach dance to help children gain confidence and self awareness, but the most important thing to me is that the kids have fun!  If I can walk away from a class knowing everyone had a great time and learned something new, I’ve done my job.”  – Breanne

Spencer is from Pittsboro, NC where she danced at 7 Dance Centre throughout middle and high school.
