About The POPROCKS
The POPROCKS Competition Team was established in 2014, when Breanne decided to create a dance team for young girls that would focus on performing at local events, such as farmers markets, parades and festivals. Enrollment is open to anyone who might be interested in being part of the team with no audition necessary, although, dance experience is needed to join. The Poprocks not only perform at local events, but also attend dance competitions throughout the year. Although, Breanne’s more laid back style encourages the dancers to have fun and gain experiences rather than focus on competing. “The only dancer you’re competing against is the dancer you used to be!”
The POPROCKS Diamond Competition Team ages 10-15 and The POPROCKS Ruby Competition Team ages 7-10 both require dance experience to be a part of. In addition to competitions, these teams also perform at local events as well.
The POPROCKS Junior Performance Team was started in 2015 with a younger demographic in mind. This team is for ages 5.5-10. Dance experience is a plus, however, Breanne believes everyone has to start somewhere! This team performs only at local events.
Ballerina petite Creative Movement and pre ballet started in 2016! This fun, imaginative and magical class is for ages 3-5. Your petite ballerina will learn basic ballet technique and explore fun ways to move using props and music in a creative, theme based setting!!
